Bluewaters Maribago is Cebu's best

Looking for a place to hold your teambuildings? Look no further, Maribago Bluewaters offered just the perfect weekend for us this weekend.
Surrounded by the other beautiful beach resorts in the Mactan, Maribago still competes and remains to be one of the top destinations. 20km away from the heart of Cebu City, this place is a perfect summer get away as well for family and your friends. With 3 swimming pools, private island and white sand beach, being here is surely a treat.

They have rooms as well for your corporate leadership trainings, coupled with the sumptuous buffet. Dinner on beach side is perfect for romantic or group dates. Add some jam sessions and it will definitely be a night to remember.

Weekend-with-family thoughts

What I love about weekends or off work hours is it gives us the ability to work on more important stuff. To spend it with family is one, especially in today's digital and fast-paced age. More importantly, going to unfamiliar places while enjoying the activities together brings a lot of happiness and quality time.
That weekend we decided to go out. We prepared food, and drove to Busay Holiday Pools. It was our first time and we are in awe and excited seeing it from a far.

Bacolod One Day Trip

Continuing my Negros trip, next stop is Bacolod. I reached Bacolod thru driving from Dumaguete. Google says 4hrs and yeah, I did prepare for it. Some time while I was driving, I felt asleep. Had coffee in one random store.
Until I saw some street signs that we're finally in Bacolod. First stop and yeah didn't ruin our day, The Ruins.

Lunch time, Manokan country said hi. For me it's like Cebu's Larsian, only it's Chicken Inasal. Clueless where to go, we went inside Nena's Beth. It was so good we don't even need sauce.

We went for a ride and we're reminded with desserts, Calea. In Robinson's Bacolod Calea, we had the most satisfying cheesecakes. Coffee is good too.

Sleepy, we looked for our hotel. And ended booking with The Inns by Oriental. Good thing they upgraded our room as the room we booked is occupied. Lucky!

Night time, we dine at Ading's Pala pala. We had garlic shrimps and fish soup. We were also delighted with performers doing Chinese …
